What You Should Bring to the Table:
✔ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science ✔ At least one completed (and ideally presentable) solo or team project — you’re familiar with the full development lifecycle ✔ 2+ years experience with a programming language like PHP, Golang, or C#, and you're not afraid of JavaScript/TypeScript and friends ✔ Familiarity with frameworks like Laravel, Fiber, or Svelte ✔ You can model databases easily — relational or via ORM ✔ Your code is clean and reliable — and you still test it thoroughly ✔ You're confident in writing and planning technical documentation independently

✔ You speak "Agile" like a second language and are comfortable with project management tools like Jira, GitHub, and more ✔ Ideally, you have experience with CI/CD pipelines to AWS, Azure, or GCP ✔ You love to experiment — whether it’s with IoT, Arduino, blockchain, or similar tech ✔ Analytical thinking, organizational talent, and a sense of responsibility come naturally to you ✔ Fluent in English, both written and spoken ✔ Certifications (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, etc.) are, of course, welcome

Was Du in jedem Fall mitbringen sollst:
✔ Bachelor oder ein vergleichbarer Abschluss der Informatik
✔ Du hast mindestens 1 abgeschlossenes (bestenfalls vorzeigbares) Projekt im Team oder alleine veröffentlicht und kennst den Prozess etwas von A bis Z zu entwickeln
✔ Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in einer Programmiersprache wie PHP, Golang oder C# und hast keine Angst vor Javascript/Typescript und Konsorten
✔ Frameworks wie Laravel, Fiber oder Svelte sind dir zu mindestens nicht fremd
✔ Datenbanken modellierst du blind und direkt relational oder per ORM
✔ Dein Code hat keine Fehler, und trotzdem testest du ihn ausgiebig
✔ Du bist geübt darin, technische Dokumentationen verständlich zu verfassen und eigenständig einzuplanen
