Your Tasks
As a Systems Engineer – Industrial Engineering & AI, you will work on real engineering challenges in complex industrial environments.
You will support the development of systems, models and analyses that improve decision-making across engineering projects.
This is not a pure consulting role – it is a hands-on engineering role with strong exposure to international projects.

- Based in Pune (India)
- Close collaboration with consulting and domain teams
- Long-term product focus (not short-term feature hacking)
- Enterprise-oriented environment
Your Profil
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar
- 3–5 years of experience in engineering, analysis or technical projects
- Strong analytical and structured and logical thinking
- Interest in systems thinking, data engineering and AI
- First experience with tools such as Python, MATLAB, or similar is a plus.
- Strong domain expertise in at least one of the following disciplines is mandatory: Cost Engineering, FMEA , or Requirements Engineering.
- Strong knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint
- Understanding or exposure or passion of engineering processes (development, validation, testing) is needed
- Fluent in English language
