Your Mission
You design and build scalable systems that structure industrial complexity. This means:
- Translating consulting logic into robust software architecture
- Designing backend and data structures that reflect real-world engineering processes
- Building reliable, scalable applications used in enterprise environments
- Contributing to long-term product architecture decisions
Your Tasks
- Design and implement scalable backend architectures
- Develop robust APIs and data models for complex enterprise use cases
- Contribute to system architecture and technical roadmaps
- Ensure high standards in code quality, testing, and documentation
- Collaborate closely with consultants, domain experts, and product stakeholders
- Support deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement processes
- Take technical ownership of product modules
- Mentor junior developers
- Drive architectural decisions

Your Profil
Experience
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Experience in building scalable backend systems
- Experience working in structured, quality-driven environments
- Strong backend development skills (e.g., Node.js, Python, PHP, or comparable stack)
- Experience with modern API design
- Solid database knowledge (SQL and data modeling for complex structures)
- Familiarity with cloud environments and deployment processes
- Experience with version control and collaborative workflows
- You think in systems, not features
- You value clean architecture over quick hacks
- You understand enterprise requirements (security, reliability, scalability)
- You are comfortable working at the interface of technology and domain logic
